Driver And Vehicle Registration Services Are Moving In Iroquois Falls And Cochrane

Iroquois Falls and Cochrane have new locations to renew driver's licences and vehicle registrations.

As of January 29, driver and vehicle services in Iroquois Falls will move from 727 Synagogue Street to the ServiceOntario centre at 33 Ambridge Drive.  This office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

As of January 29, driver and vehicle services in Cochrane will move from 4 Third Avenue to the ServiceOntario centre at 143 Fourth Avenue.  This office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

ServiceOntario is making changes so that more Ontarians will be able to make one trip for most health card, driver's licence and vehicle registration services.  This will help residents of Iroquois Falls and Cochrane save time, money and gas.

  • The ServiceOntario centres in Iroquois Falls and Cochrane will also begin offering health card services by this summer.
  • Currently, health card services in Iroquois Falls and Cochrane are delivered on an outreach basis, with service provided one to two times a year.
  • In northern communities alone, access to health card services will expand from 6 to 67 ServiceOntario centres.
  • Nearly 95 per cent of all Ontarians will soon be within 10 kilometres of an integrated ServiceOntario centre.
