A young entrepreneur in Chapleau has opened a new business aimed at improving the health and fitness of residents.
With support from the Ontario's Young Entrepreneur Program, Full of Fitness gym is now offering group fitness classes, personal training programs, nutrition plans, weight loss programs and community presentations about the importance of fitness at all ages.
The new business has created one full-time position, with three part-time jobs expected within the next two years.

Quick Facts
- The NOHFC is investing $25,000 in Full of Fitness through its Young Entrepreneur Program. The program helps northern residents aged 18 to 29 start their own for-profit business in the North.
- Full of Fitness gym is using the funding to purchase exercise equipment.
- Forty per cent of new Ontario businesses are started by young people aged 25-34, and 16 per cent by youth under 25.
