Statement By Finance Minister Dwight Duncan On Notice Of Claim From Former CEO Of OLG

Yesterday, the Ontario government received a notice of claim by the former CEO of Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
As this may be a court matter, it would be inappropriate for me to comment on any specifics around the case.
The government denies the claims and will vigorously fight against them in court.
OLG is an arm's length agency of the government. It's essential that it operate in a way that follows the rules and protects taxpayers' interests.
