McGuinty Government Presents Awards For Delivering Better Patient Care

Ontario recognized six health care organizations from across the province for their innovations in health care.

The winners were announced at the Celebrating Innovations in Health Care Expo, held Nov. 18 in Toronto. Presented by HealthAchieve (the annual conference of the Ontario Hospital Association) in partnership with the province, the following six organizations were recognized with an Innovation Award at the Expo:

  • Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO)
    Strategies to Support Long-Term Care Staff in the Uptake of Best Practices

  • Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto

  • Rouge Valley Health System
    Neonatal and Paediatric Orientation Program Designed for the New Graduate
