Family Health Teams

Family Health Teams deliver comprehensive health care services and offer additional programs tailored to the needs of their communities, including seeing patients who do not have a family doctor.
Seventeen of the 30 successful Family Health Team applicants have committed to support the delivery of French Language Health Services in their new FHT.
