The Town of Greater Napanee is developing market-based, downtown revitalization plans with assistance from the Province.
Business and community leaders, working in partnership with Loyalist College, are eager to develop a unique shopping and civic experience in keeping with the historic character of the area.
Healthy rural downtowns are important to Ontario's economic well-being and the communities they serve.
