Premier Dalton McGuinty joined The Royal Couple to honour those who have strengthened their communities and made the province a better place to live. Recipients of the Ontario Medal for Good Citizenship, the Newcomer Champion Award, as well as families of Tribute to the Fallen honorees, were among the invited guests.
