SUMMER JOBS SERVICE
This free job search and self-marketing service helps students find summer jobs. Employers may be offered a $2-per-hour hiring incentive to provide summer jobs for up to 16 weeks.
SUMMER COMPANY
For students who want to start and run their own summer business, this program offers hands-on business coaching and mentoring, as well as awards of up to $3,000.
ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE SUMMER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The Ontario Public Service offers several summer employment programs and opportunities in a variety of positions across ministries, related agencies and community groups that are six to 16 weeks in duration.
SUMMER LAW STUDENT OPPORTUNITY
First-year and second-year law students have the opportunity to be an integral part of an expert legal team. Positions are available in almost every area of law and in places throughout the province.
ABORIGINAL LAW SUMMER PROGRAM
This program provides first-year and second-year law students who are knowledgeable and experienced with Aboriginal communities and who have a demonstrated interest in Aboriginal law, with an opportunity to work on Aboriginal law and policy issues.
ONTARIO RANGERS
Some students born only in 1993 will be hired this year to work for eight weeks out of remote camp locations on outdoor jobs that help support biodiversity and combat climate change. Projects include clearing portages and maintaining hiking trails in Ontario Parks, and monitoring at-risk species. Application packages (3 parts) are available at school guidance offices, from your local Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) or on the Ministry of Natural Resources' website.
SUMMER JOBS FOR YOUTH
Youth aged 15-18 living in identified priority communities and who are considered disadvantaged according to established criteria may be eligible for job training, paid job placements for eight weeks, and support services after the job ends.Learn More
