One-Stop Shopping Option Provides Wide Range of Services and Information PETERBOROUGH, ON, May 5 - The Ontario government is making it easier for residents and businesses to access Ontario government services with the opening of a new ServiceOntario Centre in Peterborough. "Ontario families lead busy lives - this one-stop shopping option will make it easier for them to access a wide range of government services in one location," said Minister of Government Services Gerry Phillips. Part of the government's commitment to high-quality, cost-effective and accessible services is a 15-day, money-back guarantee for online birth certificate applications in effect since November. It is the first money-back government service guarantee in North America.
