Media Advisory - Update on launch of cameras in the Court of Appeal pilot

TORONTO, Sept. 5 - The planned launch of the pilot project for cameras in the Court of Appeal for Ontario has been delayed. While the Ministry of the Attorney General and the Court of Appeal are ready to proceed, all parties and witnesses, if any, to a case must consent to participating in the pilot before a case can be recorded and webcast. The pilot will launch in the coming days.
