Minister To Hear From Small And Medium-Sized Business Community MISSISSAUGA, ON, Nov. 14 - Minister of Small Business and Entrepreneurship Harinder Takhar held a regional roundtable discussion with small and medium-sized business leaders from across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Mississauga today. "The GTA offers tremendous opportunities for entrepreneurs and small business owners," said Takhar. "These roundtable discussions are an opportunity to hear first hand about the challenges facing the business community and share ideas and solutions for the future." Today's roundtable discussion is part of a tour across the province. The discussions from each consultation will help the Ministry of Small Business and Entrepreneurship set priorities. Minister Takhar will also hold roundtables in Ottawa, Sudbury and Toronto. "Each of the economic regions of Ontario face diverse challenges and offer unique advantages," said Takhar. "Today's roundtable discussion is another example of the McGuinty government working with local business communities to address their concerns and ensure that Ontario remains a great place to do business."
