Media advisory - Attorney General To Release Report On Civil Justice Reform

TORONTO, Nov. 22 - Ontario Attorney General Chris Bentley will attend a reception at the Law Society of Upper Canada where he will announce the release of the summary of findings and recommendations from the Civil Justice Reform Project. The report was written by former Associate Chief Justice Coulter Osborne, who will join the Attorney General at the announcement. During his 12-month review, Mr. Osborne consulted with more than 40 groups and received more than 60 written submissions.
