TORONTO, Dec. 13 - Minister Michael Chan will launch a new Black History Exhibit as part of the 200th Anniversary Commemorations of the 1807 Act to Abolish the British Slave Trade. The event will take place in Toronto at St. Lawrence Hall and in Dresden at Uncle Tom's Historic Cabin.
