NEWS
Ontario will provide Centre Wellington with $532,800 to improve Highway 6 (Tower Street).
This one-time investment comes from the 2008 Ontario Budget to fund 35 projects across the province. Municipalities can use the money to repair local roads and bridges that connect two ends of a provincial highway through an urban municipality, often referred to as a connecting link road.
Funding is distributed based on submissions from municipalities.
