Honouring a Greenbelt Champion on the Eve of Earth Week

Jim Bradley, Minister of the Environment, will attend a memorial and plaque unveiling to honour Greenbelt champion and founder of the Sierra Club Peel Group, Peter Orphanos. 

The event will be followed by a community tree planting, hosted by the Sierra Club, which received a Great Lakes Guardian Community Fund grant for the project.
