New Associate Chief Justice - Coordinator of Justices of the Peace Appointed to the Ontario Court of Justice

The Honourable Caroline Mulroney, Attorney General for Ontario, has announced the appointment of a new Associate Chief Justice - Coordinator of Justices of the Peace to the Ontario Court of Justice, effective September 2, 2019.

Justice Sharon Nicklas will be replacing Associate Chief Justice - Coordinator of Justices of the Peace Faith Finnestad.

Justice Nicklas was called to the bar in 1994 and began her legal career as an assistant Crown attorney in Hamilton, Brantford and the Region of Waterloo. In 2007, she was appointed a judge of the Ontario Court of Justice in Kitchener. Since 2013, Justice Nicklas has been the Regional Senior Judge for Central West Region.
