Ontario to Commemorate Remembrance Day

Premier Kathleen Wynne will attend Ontario's official Queen's Park Remembrance Day ceremony to honour the men and women who have served and continue to serve Canada in war, conflict and peace.

The Ceremony of Remembrance will be open to the public.

Ceremony to begin promptly at 10:45 a.m.  - rain or shine


Ontario Veterans' Memorial, Front Lawn of the Legislative Building Queen's Park, Toronto

Media Details:

Parking - Southeast driveway. There will be a designated media section near the Ontario Veterans' Memorial. Feeds provided.

Road Closures:

The following road closures will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m on November 11th.          

  • Queen's Park Crescent East from College Street North to Wellesley Street West.
  • Queen's Park Crescent West from Hoskin Avenue South to College Street.
  • Grosvenor Street from Queen's Park Crescent East to Surrey Place.
  • Wellesley Street West from Queen's Park Crescent East to Queen's Park Crescent West.
