The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will be joined by the Honourable Laura Albanese, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, and the Honourable Mitzie Hunter, Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development, to present three exceptional young people with the Lincoln M. Alexander Award for their outstanding leadership in fighting racial discrimination and promoting positive social change.
