Inquest Into The Death of Joseph Pascall Announced

Guelph -- Dr. Dirk Huyer, Regional Supervising Coroner for Central Region, Guelph, today announced that an inquest will be held into the death of Joseph Pascall.

Mr. Pascall, 36, died on July 30, 2008, from injuries received during his employment at a construction site in Mississauga.  An inquest is mandatory under the Coroners Act.

The inquest will examine the events surrounding Mr. Pascall's death. The jury may make recommendations aimed at preventing similar deaths.

Dr. Robert Boyko will preside as inquest coroner. 

Details regarding the date and location will be announced when the information becomes available.
