Change in Venue: Inquest into the Deaths of Matthew Robert Humeniuk, Michael Isaac Kritz, Stephanie Joelle Bertrand and Kathryn Missen

Please be advised that there is a change in venue for the Ottawa location for the inquest into the deaths of Matthew Robert Humeniuk, Michael Isaac Kritz, Stephanie Joelle Bertrand and Kathryn Missen.

  • The Ottawa portion of the inquest was scheduled to take place in Ottawa at the Ramada Hotel, 2259 Prince of Wales Dr. The location has been changed to the Marriott Hotel at 100 Kent St. The dates and times have not changed - 9 a.m., Oct. 22 to Nov. 2, 2018.
  • The Sudbury portion of the inquest remains scheduled at the Lexington Hotel, 50 Brady St., Oct. 15-19 at 9 a.m.

The inquest is expected to last 15 days and hear from approximately 38 witnesses.

Dr. David Cameron will preside as inquest coroner and Prabhu Rajan and Troy Harrison will be counsel to the coroner.
