Inquest into the Death of Darcy Clancy Adjourned

Dr. David Eden, Regional Supervising Coroner for Inquests, today announced that the inquest into the death of Darcy Clancy, which commenced on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, in Goderich, has been adjourned.

Mr. Clancy, 36, died in hospital on March 18, 2017, from injuries sustained while working at the Compass Minerals mine. An inquest is mandatory under the Coroners Act.

Further information will follow when the inquest resumes.
