Ministry Honoured For Promotion Of Mineral Exploration Investment
TORONTO -- The Ontario government has been honoured by the Economic Development Council of Ontario for its efforts to promote the province's investment potential in mineral exploration to world markets, Northern Development and Mines Minister Rick Bartolucci announced today.
"I am delighted that the work of my ministry was recognized for its work in promoting economic development across the province," said Bartolucci. "This ongoing commitment and dedication to promote Ontario's strengths will help us meet our potential in the exploration and mining sector, and will contribute to economic prosperity and quality of life in our communities."
At the council's annual awards, the ministry's Mineral Sector Profile was deemed the best business development publication. The profile is broadly distributed throughout the mineral investment community to highlight the economic potential and benefits associated with Ontario's mineral development sector.
