Date of Conviction: February 25, 2019, at the Cornwall Provincial Offences Court

Penalty Imposed: 60 days in jail

Background: On April 17, 2018, officers of the Cornwall Regional Task Force searched a vehicle and discovered 179 kg of unmarked fine-cut tobacco. The tobacco products were seized and forfeited.
