Date of Conviction: April 16, 2019, at the Cornwall Provincial Offences Court

Penalty Imposed: One day in jail imposed on both Johanne Lirette and David James Lacombe.

Background: On June 6, 2017, Ontario Provincial Police officers executed a search warrant and discovered 1,400 unmarked cigarettes. The tobacco products were seized and forfeited.
