Date of Conviction: July 11, 2019, at the Cornwall Ontario Court of Justice

Penalty Imposed: 90 days in jail

Background: On February 4, 2019, officers from the Cornwall Regional Task Force searched a vehicle and discovered 562 kgs of unmarked fine-cut tobacco. The tobacco products were seized and forfeited.
