Date of Conviction: May 30, 2019, at the Cornwall Ontario Court of Justice

Penalty Imposed: 90 days in jail

Background: On March 22, 2018, officers from the Cornwall Regional Task Force searched a vehicle and discovered 214 kg of unmarked fine-cut tobacco. The tobacco products were seized and forfeited.
