Date of Convictions: August 20, 2019, at the Brantford Provincial Offences Court

Penalties Imposed: 10 days in jail and a 12-month probation order

Background: On May 2, 2018, a Ministry of Finance investigator searched a vehicle and discovered 98,800 unmarked cigarettes. The tobacco products were seized and forfeited.
