Penalty Imposed: One day in jail and a 12-month probation order

Background: On July 19, 2018, officers from the Cornwall Regional Task Force searched a vehicle and discovered 1,384 kg of unmarked fine-cut tobacco. The tobacco products were seized and forfeited.
