Consumption and Treatment Services Sites

Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care

The Government of Ontario is putting people and communities first, and has reviewed all Consumption and Treatment Services applications and approved 15 sites in areas with the greatest need. These sites will serve as part of the government's plan to increase mental health and addiction services and supports.

Toronto:

  • Fred Victor Centre (Queen Street E.)
  • Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (Bathurst Street)
  • Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (Queen Street W.)
  • Regent Park Community Health Centre (Dundas Street)
  • South Riverdale Community Health Centre (Queen Street E.)
  • South Riverdale Community Health Centre (Sherbourne Street)

Ottawa:

  • Ottawa Inner City Health, Inc. (King Edward Avenue)
  • Sandy Hill Community Health Centre (Nelson Street)
  • Somerset West Community Health Centre (Eccles Street)

London:

  • Regional HIV/AIDS Connection and Middlesex London Health Unit (King Street)

Guelph:

  • Guelph Community Health Centre (Wyndham Street)

Hamilton:

  • Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre (Rebecca Street)

Kingston:

  • Kingston Community Health Centres (Barrack Street)

St. Catharines:

  • Positive Living Niagara (Queenston Street)
