Province Partners with HP Polymers to Help Boost Local Economy

Small Business

Ontario is partnering with HP Polymers to help grow its operations and improve production, creating five new jobs and retaining nine positions in the Township of Puslinch.

Liz Sandals, MPP for Guelph, made the announcement today on behalf of Jeff Leal, Minister Responsible for Small Business.

HP Polymers produces specialty polymers and resins used in coatings and ink applications. The company serves the automotive, aerospace, electronics, chemical and medical industries.

With support from the Southwestern Ontario Development Fund, HP Polymers will invest in new state-of-the-art equipment to produce higher quality products faster, which will increase production capacity. These enhancements will allow the company to diversify its products, strengthen its competitive advantage and create new jobs.

Supporting business investments in Southwest Ontario is part of our plan to create jobs, grow our economy and help people in their everyday lives.
